Resort Policies

Reservations:

• Reservations can be made through our website (www.gatewayrvresort.com) or by phone at (435)-288-0330.

RV check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, Monday – Sunday.

Casita check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, Monday – Sunday.

Arriving outside of the designated check-in time? No problem! Just contact the resort office at (435)-288-0300 and an after hours check-in will be set up.

RV guests are required to check-out and return all resort property, including electronic key cards, by 12:00 p.m. on your day of departure.

Casita guests are required to check-out and return all resort property, including electronic key cards, by 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

If you are going to check-out before office hours (9am to 6pm), please utilize the early check-out box near the front doors of the clubhouse.

• Failure to return any of the resort property (i.e. Access Keys, Towels, Cornhole Bags, Pickleball Equipment, or other items) will result in additional charges to your account.

• All reservations require authorizing an “incidental hold” for any damages, or lost items. Incidental hold amounts may vary per unit.

Casitas:

• Casita check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, Monday – Sunday.

• If you are going to arrive outside of the designated Check-in time, please contact the resort office.

• Casita guests are required to check out through the resort office between 9:00 a.m and 11:00 a.m on your day of departure.

• If you are going to check out before office hours, please utilize the early check out box near the clubhouse front doors.

• No smoking or vaping inside the Casitas.

• No BBQ grills on Casita patio or porches.

• No dogs are allowed to be left unattended in the Casitas. If you need to leave your dog/s alone for an extended period of time, please consider a boarding service.

• All reservations require an incidental hold for any damages, or lost items. Incidental hold amount will vary per unit.

Occupancy:

– Maximum guests in a King Casita is 4 (more than 2 guest will result in additional charges)

– Maximum guests in a Double Bed Casita is 6. (more than 4 guest will result in additional charges)

Occupancy and Site Usage:

• Only One (1) RV allowed per site.s

• No tents are allowed (vehicle-mounted rooftop tents are allowed with pre-approval).

• Occupancy:

➢ Maximum guests in an RV Site is 8.

➢ Maximum guests in a King Casita is 4

➢ Maximum guests in a Double Bed Casita is 6.

• Max stay in any given site is 29 consecutive days. Anyone seeking a longer stay must contact the resort office.

• All guests must register with the resort office.

• Any site with more than four (4) guests is subject to an additional charge per guest/per night.

• Each reservation includes one (1) motorized vehicle. If you have more than 1 vehicle it will need a parking permit which can be obtained through the resort office (additional charges may apply).

• All vehicles must be parked on your reserved RV pad (on concrete) or in a designated parking space. No parking on streets or gravel.

• Any RV with a manufactured date older than ten (10) years must have management approval before reserving a site at the resort. Please contact us by email and include current photos of all sides of your RV. All RV’s must be in excellent condition and well- maintained.

Washing the exterior of your RV or vehicles is strictly limited to pre-approved service providers (must be licensed, insured, and registered with the resort). Please contact the resort office for details.

Quiet Hours:

• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily.

• To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, no loud music or other excessive noises are allowed.

• Visitors of registered guests must leave the resort by 11:00 p.m.

• Violation of the quiet hours may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.

Pets:

• All pets must be registered with the resort office.

• All pets are required to be on a leash, well-behaved, and under the owner’s control at all times.

• Pets may not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests.

• No pets are allowed to be left unattended in the Casitas. If you need to leave your pet/s alone for an extended period of time, please consider a boarding service.

• It is your responsibility to immediately pick up after your pet. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

• Pets are not allowed in any of the resort buildings or Casitas (Exception of designated Dog Friendly Casitas).

• Two (2) pets maximum (extra fee may apply).

Traffic Rules & Speed Limit:

• Streets within the resort are one-way only.

• Maximum Speed Limit within the resort is 10 mph.

• All guests and visitors are required to obey all traffic rules, for their safety and the safety of others.

Waste Management:

• There are three trash containment/dumpster sites throughout the resort.

• It is your responsibility to keep your site clean, and properly dispose of your waste.

Campfires and BBQ Rules:

• No wood or charcoal fires are allowed.

• Propane fire pits are allowed. If you need one, they are available for rent through the resort office.

• Propane BBQ Grills may be at your reserved site (Please use a catch pan or other means to ensure that the site does not incur grease stains and/or other markings).

• No BBQ grills or Fire Pits allowed on Casita patios or porches.

Resort Guests and Visitors of Guests:

• All resort guests and their visitors are required to check-in with the resort office.

• Visitors of Resort Guests are required to pay a fee to use resort amenities.

• All guests and visitors must park in designated parking areas or within the guest’s reserved site.

• Parking on a vacant site may result in being charged the daily reservation rate of that site.

Reminder: No parking on the streets or gravel. Parking is only allowed in the designated parking areas of your reservation.

No Smoking, Vaping, or Illegal Substances:

• The use of tobacco, or vaping, is strictly prohibited within the resort, except inside your RV or vehicle.

• Possession, or use, of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.

• No smoking or vaping inside the Casitas.

Code of Conduct:

• Our goal is to provide an environment for everyone to enjoy. All guests and visitors are asked to show respect and consideration for others.

• Please be courteous in your behavior and interactions with other guests and staff members.

• All Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the resort property.

• No discharging of firearms of any kind.

• The use of drones or any other remote-controlled vehicles is prohibited.

Amenities:

All resort amenities require direct adult supervision of children under the age of 16, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

• Please note the hours of operation for amenities may vary throughout the resort.

Pool & Hot Tub:

• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at any time.

• Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the hot tub (as per Utah Code).

• Swim diapers are required, to be properly fitted and worn by children that are not fully potty trained, at all times.

• No Glass containers or other potentially fragile materials are allowed in the pool area.

• No pets in the pool area at any time.

• No climbing on any of the pool features.

Pickleball Courts:

• Please limit your time of play to 1 hour, if others are waiting to use the court.

• Courts are designated for pickleball only. No skateboarding, skating, scooting, biking, or other activities on courts.

• Do not lean on or jump over the nets.

• Use of pickleball courts may be reserved through the resort office.

Cornhole:

• Please limit your time of play to 1 hour, if others are waiting to play.

• Cornhole lanes are designated for Cornhole only.

• Cornhole lanes may be reserved through the resort office.

Dog Park:

• The only area your pet may be off leash is in the enclosed ‘dog park’, but must still be closely supervised. Any damage or injury caused by your pet, to anyone or anything, will be your sole responsibility.

• It is your responsibility to pick up after your dog in the dog park. Failure to do so may result in a fine.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• 100% of your reservation is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.

• 90% of your reservation is refundable between 29-8 days before your arrival.

• Cancellations made within seven (7) days, or less, of your scheduled arrival date may not be given a refund.

• Failure to properly check-out and return any of the resort property (access keys, towels, cornhole bags, pickleball equipment, or other rentable items) will result in additional charges to your account.

• All sales in the resort store are final (no refunds).

Disclosure:

*Gateway Luxury RV Resort, LLC is not liable for any damage, destruction, or injury to any pet or person on the resort property.

*All resort amenities are to be used at your own risk.

*Any violation of Gateway Luxury RV Resort Policies may result in expulsion and suspension from the resort.

*Any actions that violate state or federal laws shall be prosecuted as such.

*We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, and the right to remove anyone from the property, at will.

*The resort is under continuous video surveillance to ensure guest safety.
